5000 Miles !!!!!
Today I reached the 5000 mile mark on my Raleigh Grand Prix!
I hit the milestone on my 8.7 mile morning fitness run. It was an ideal cool morning with temperatures in the low 60s.
An awesome ride and an awesome long run on the Raleigh!
50+ years old. In July 2006 I started a fitness regime to lower my cholesterol. I do strength training and bike riding. This worked as my weight went from 206 lbs to 170 lbs over a 6 month period. My cholesterol went from 260 to 198.
I do not work for Motobecane, bikesdirect or any other bike company. I am an engineer at the local power company.
